This unit has been modified to accommodate a wheelchair. Considering the space, it does not comply with all ADA compliances to truly make this unit handicap accessible but it’s very close.

This vacation rental was inspired by the Galapagos Island and is Nestled within a beachfront condo complex, this condo affords its guests coveted access to 2 swimming pools, barbecue area, and close proximity to the shore! Be sure to pack your swimsuits, as everyday can be spent wading through the refreshing Gulf waters or digging your toes in the sugar-sand!

If you’re excited to get a start on your adventures as soon as you arrive, the complex offers 2 swimming pools, and barbecue area. Throw on your swimsuit and claim a poolside lounge chair!

If you grow hungry, just head back up to your condo, where you’ll be immediately greeted by vibrant colors and glorious natural light and custom wood countertop designed and made by the owner himself. The well-equipped updated kitchen offers a charming breakfast bar to easily whip up a quick snack and settle down together.

When you’re in need of a rest, leave the sliding glass doors open to let the fresh ocean air breeze inside as you settle down for a nap. The lovely living area boasts ample seating and offers a mounted flat-screen TV - ideal for a movie night with the kids. Most all the furnishing have been updated and or custom built to include a new memory foam sleeper sofa.

You’ll want to end every day by relaxing out on the balcony, where you can sit and contemplate the waving palms with a refreshing cocktail.

Come nighttime, sleep is sure to come easy in the bedroom, while any kids in the group will enjoy cuddling up in the small sleeping nook in the hallway. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room sofa pulls out for 2 people to use comfortably.

Worth mentioning for those that are physical challenged. The owner made major improvements in the bathroom to accommodate his wheelchair. Now for these that need it you can roll your chair into the showing thanks to the no lip shower pan and the compact toilet thus providing more space to maneuver your wheelchair and or walker. While this does not meet ADA code it is a major improvement for those that need a little assistance. Other modifications have also been made in consideration for those with disabilities. This is the only unit in this complex that can accommodate a wheelchair.

This is a vacation rental not a hotel. There is no one on property to exchange lines, towels or to resupply toilet paper, paper towels or soap. Please plan accordingly.

***Special Note: There is a  parking fee of $40 plus tax and is required for every reservation. Vehicle registered good for up to 30 days and includes two vehicles. "No cash is accepted at the front office."
