The space

Master Bedroom: King Bed | Bedroom 2: King Bed | Bedroom 3: King Bed | Living Room: Pullout Couch | Additional Sleeping in hallway: Bunk bed with 2 twin mattresses.  

Located atop the Seawall, this beautiful beach-themed condo boasts a family-friendly, open interior with a sleek kitchen and welcoming living area. Whip up favorite dishes in the well-equipped cooking space and serve meals at the breakfast bar. The smart TV provides entertainment and is equipped with Netflix "you must use your own account.". The washer/dryer adds convenience during your stay. Overlooking one of the on-site pools, your furnished balcony offers an ideal spot for sipping crisp drinks and admiring the tranquil views.

Attention to detail is what you get with the luxurious 3-bedroom 3 bath condo that sleep 9; 8 adults and 1 child. Everything in this condo cries luxury from the oversized master shower with body jets to the large kitchen with granite countertops, bar seating and stainless-steel appliances, and of course a washer and dryers.

Spend your days at the beach and your nights using our amenities at Maravilla including two pools (one of which is heated during the winter months), a hot tub, covered cabanas by the main pool, a fitness room, and an outdoor shower.

Need a break from the sun, head inside and enjoy some cold ac, sip on some cocktails, maybe some wine and watch the sun do down on one of two balconies. Maybe you want some private time with that special loved one, just retreat to the master bedroom for your own private balcony. Enjoy the oversized master shower with body jets, relax on the king size bed and make it a movie night.

Don’t just settle on your accommodation, splurge a little you earned it, let our condo make your vacation a memorable one.

We also stock your room with a startup kit consisting of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo, conditioner, as well as other items. It is strongly encouraged that you bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dishwasher pods and trash bags as well as anything else you feel is a necessity for your family. This startup kit is not intended to satisfy a family of 9 people for your entire stay but for the most part it seems to be just about right for a 2-night stay. If you a coffee drinker we do have two coffee pots, one which accepts k-cup and a traditional coffee pot; we do not supply any coffee supplies. You will also have enough towels for each person but will need to wash them as needed in the washer and dryer located inside our condo. While we try our best to provide you with everything you need it’s impossible to meet everybody needs. Please understand, this is not a hotel, it’s a vacation condo and my second home. There is nobody on property to restock the items during your stay. But I'm convinced that you too will enjoy my unit as much as my family does.

Parking Notes: Ample parking is available in the lot. There is a $10 daily parking fee per vehicle that is paid upon arrival. (This will be capped at $70 per 30-day stay.)
